H6 Multi-axis Drive
Injection Molding
The H6 was engineered with Injection Molding machines in mind. It uses a shared DC bus topology, so it is easily scaled and very compact. The drives communicate via real-time EtherCAT and can control both induction and servo motors. The H6 is offered with air-cooled and water-cooled heatsinks.

Extrusion
KEB’s industrial PC platform is ideal for complete extruder machine control. Programmers benefit from KEB’s COMBIVIS Studio 6 IDE, which supports IEC 61131-3 programming languages. KEB offers complete extruder drive panels. The panels are UL508A listed and include the necessary breakers, EMI filters, and more. Optionally, a KEB HMI, C6 Router, or special filtering solutions can be offered if the application requires it. The SCCR rating depends on the drive size and components used.

The COMBIVERT F5 drive is ideal for all Plastic Machinery applications. It has an internal PID function reserved for controlling an auxiliary process like a pump. The drives extensive internal functionality offloads processing from the PLC and does not require a special dedicated pump controller.
