The P6 Pitch Drive is purpose-built to control the blade pitches on wind turbines. This all-in-one solution includes the drive, backup charger, monitoring, and PLC in one unit. Functional Safety in wind applications and the P6 is certified to PLd by TÜV Rheinland.
Brakes
COMBISTOP Spring-Set Brake
KEB COMBISTOP Spring-set brakes are spring applied and electrically released. They are well suited for holding pitch blades in place and are available with different mounting flanges and microswitch feedback options. Special extreme temperature versions are available for use in the most demanding environments.
